It’s that time of year again. No, we’re not talking about school ending, or Summer approaching. We’re talking about college lacrosse gear. By mid-June, SidelineSwap is usually brimming with team-issued gear. When lacrosse players graduate, hundreds of them list their college gear on SidelineSwap. It’s a great opportunity for college lacrosse fans everywhere to find unique gear from their favorite schools. We’re highlighting gear from eight of the most popular college teams. Let’s dive in.

North Carolina Things didn’t quite work out for the Tar Heels, who finished 8-7 and missed the NCAA Tournament. But they return a lot of firepower in 2020 – and on the gear side, their Carolina-blue STX setup is a can’t-miss.
Ohio State The Buckeyes followed a 7-0 start by losing four of five – crashing out of Big Ten Tourney contention and missing the NCAAs. But led by Canadian snipers Tre Leclaire and Jackson Reid, they’ll be back in 2020.
Harvard The Crimson endured a disappointing 2019 season, but who doesn’t love Harvard swag? With a talented young core returning, don’t count on their gear being available this early next season.
Syracuse ‘Cuse’s clash with Loyola represents the toughest match-up of the first round – and if they prevail, high-powered Penn State awaits. Whenever their season wraps, however, the Orange’s Cascade-STX combo setup will be in high demand.
Virginia Lars Tiffany’s team is brimming with confidence, and Cavalier fans will likely have to wait until after Memorial Day weekend to get their hands on gear. Kraus, Laviano, Aitken, and co. may represent the most dominant offensive starting six of any team in the tournament.
Johns Hopkins Hop’s gear is iconic, and the switch back to Cascade suits them well. There may not be a hotter team – or hotter setup – in the tournament.
Yale The returning champs sport a clean Under Armour look, and 2018 Tourney heroes Matt Gaudet and Jack Tigh will look to get the Bulldogs back to Memorial Day weekend. Tough match-ups against Georgetown and either Penn or Army await, however.
Maryland The Terps snuck in the 2019 Tourney despite losing consecutive games to Hop to close out the season, but no one is sleeping on Maryland. Jared Bernhardt, Curtis Corley, and co. will look to take Coach John Tillman to his sixth straight Final Four. We wouldn’t bet against them – which means that flag-spangled Under Armour/Cascade gear may not be available until late May.
As the college tournament wraps up, you’ll see hundreds of items from the tournament’s top teams like Penn State, Duke and Notre Dame showing up on SidelineSwap. Keep your eyes out, and be the first to get your hands on college gear that you won’t be able to find anywhere else.
