Upstate Pride vs New England Command Sunday June 24th at UAlbany

On Sunday, June 24th, the Women’s Professional Lacrosse League’s Upstate Pride will host their first ever home game, as they take on the New England Command. The Pride (1-0) and the Command (1-1) will face off for the first time, making for a truly historic finish. Starting at 12:30pm ET, fans of all ages are welcome to join the WPLL at Bob Ford Field at Tom & Mary Casey Stadium in Albany, New York to watch some of the greatest players in the game take the field.

The game will see Sarah Martin, the Great Danes No. 3 career total points scorer, make her return to UAlbany as a member of the Upstate Pride.  Individual tickets are available here, and group tickets for teams are available here. The first five teams to purchase group ticket packages receive a private pre-game autograph session with the pros.

This WPLL game is part of a partnership between the WPLL and Summit Lacrosse’s Northstar Capital City Cup. “Summit Lacrosse Ventures is proud to host the WPLL at the Northstar Capital City Classic, and to support the development of Women’s Professional lacrosse. We strongly believe in the value of positive role models, on and off the field, and look forward to showcasing this level of talent to our attending players”
